Having begun her career as a model, at age 13, Fox went onto have a successful career, winning: At age 16, Fox launched her acting career in 2001 with a supporting role as Brianna Wallace in Holiday in the Sun, starring opposite Mary Kate Olsen and Ashley Olsen. Fox continued her career with guest-starring roles in various television series, including What I Like About You, and Two and a Half Men. From 2002 to 2003, Fox appeared as a one of four lead’s on the television show Ocean Ave. for two season’s, appearing in 122 episodes. In 2004, Fox appeared as a recurring role on The Help; before the show was cancelled months after its release due to poor ratings. From 2004, to 2006, Fox played Sydney Shanowski, replacing Nicole Paggi, a recurring role on the ABC Family television sitcom, Hope and Faith, earning her a Young Artist Award for her performance on the show.
